Change of Mind – Online Purchases

  • You have the right to cancel your order and return non-faulty items within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
  • To initiate a return, please notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund (including the standard delivery charge) within 14 days.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
  • After 30 days, you may still be eligible for a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.
  • Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
  • Exclusions: returns are only accepted from the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and proof of purchase.
  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • If your item was faulty or not as described, we will also refund your standard delivery charge.
